2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is Stubbings Instagram Dog Photo Shoot Competition.
3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from Tuesday 1st March 2022 (the “Opening Date”) to Sunday 10th April 2022 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 GMT time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition, you must like our Instagram competition post, tag at least one friend in the comments section, and be following @stubbingsnursery. For an extra entry you can also share the competition post to your story. You may tag as many friends as you like, each comment containing a tag counts as an entry. The competition is limited to just Instagram.
3.4 By entering this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.6 The winning competition entry will be selected at random by a computerised random process from all entries received.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is open to Instagram users in the UK only.
4.2 The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration
4.3 All entrants must be aged 18 and above.
4.4 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5. The prize
5.1 A professional dog shoot with Jane Rayner and a mounted 8″ print
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize above with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize.
5.4 In order to claim the prize you must accept the prize and prize draw conditions when contacted by Stubbings Nursery via Instagram. Upon accepting the prize, Stubbings will deliver the prize voucher no later than 30th April 2022.
6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Winner will be selected within 3 days after the Closing Date (“Announcement Date”).
6.3 The Promoter will announce the winner on the @Stubbingsnursery Instagram page and will contact the winner from that account as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, by sending a message to the social media profile used to enter the competition and will be ask for their full name and address.
6.4 All correspondence will be made from the Stubbings Nursery Instagram account, with the handle @stubbingsnursery. By entering the competition you confirm your responsibility to be aware of spam accounts mimicking our competition or claiming to be Stubbings Nursery. We will only ask for the winner’s contact details once we have announced this on the Stubbings Nursery Instagram account.
6.5 The Promotion must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and the town of residence within the UK of the prize winner to anyone who writes to trading address set out in point 1 (enclosing a self- addressed envelope) within 6 weeks after the Closing Date of the Competition.
6.6 By entering the competition you are confirming you are happy for your name and Instagram handle being published or made available. In certain circumstances, the Promoter might have to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 of days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by refer to the details of how to claim in condition 5.4. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 5 of days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 Subject to the applicable data protection legislation, the Promoter shall have the right to use and feature the name of the Instagram Dog Shoot prize draw winner for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
9.2 The Promoter shall be granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials], to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.stubbingsnursery.co.uk/privacy-policy . See also condition 6 above with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram do not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
