Willow Christmas Workshops with Annie

Join us for two different willow workshops with Annie from Time to Blossom, each creating something different. Read below to discover which one you would like to do.

Sessions begin at 10:00am, with Annie demonstrating what to do and guiding you through each stage of the process. No previous experience is needed, and all materials and equipment are provided.

£49.95 per person, including a freshly baked scone with jam and cream and a hot drink.

Large Willow Star Weaving

Tuesday 24th November | 10:00am – 12:00pm

Create a beautiful statement decoration and learn how to weave natural willow into your own large decorative star.

Your finished star could be hung on your front door, displayed in a window, brought into your home for a natural festive touch, or even used as a unique Christmas tree topper.

Annie will guide you through the weaving process, showing you the techniques needed to transform simple willow into a beautiful festive decoration. Battery-operated lights are also provided, so you can add a warm festive glow to your finished star.

A lovely opportunity to learn a new skill, get creative, and make a unique Christmas decoration to enjoy throughout the festive season.

Willow Garland Making

Tuesday 8th December | 10:00am–12:00pm

Create your own beautiful, festive willow garland using natural willow, seasonal foliage and natural details.

Annie will show you how to shape and form willow into decorative elements, including charming willow stars, before bringing everything together to create your own unique garland.

Your finished garland could be used to decorate a mantelpiece, create a beautiful table centrepiece, make individual place settings, or simply add a natural festive touch to your home. You can personalise your design to make it completely your own.

You’ll leave with your handmade festive garland, as well as new skills and inspiration to continue creating with willow at home.
