There are walks of varying lengths to enjoy ranging from just an hour to over four. Choose from canopy-sheltered walks for those scorching sunny days, or open fields for the days you want to feel the sun on your skin.
Popular Walking Routes:
A popular route from is the Burchetts Green Circular, only an hour and seven minutes. It’s perfect for a walk or run and provides blissful scenery alongside cattle fields. For something shorter, you can enjoy a stroll around our grounds or, on open garden days venture beyond the walled garden into the main lawn.
Pop into the Café:
After working up an appetite, Stubbings Café will be ready to provide the perfect food and drinks. Starving, or looking for something light? Parched or needing something warm and cozy? Our seasonal menu has something for everyone.
If you’re hungry enough already you can skip the walk and enjoy the scenery Stubbings has to offer from the comfort of your seat in our outside seating area or from one of window-side tables in our Glasshouse Café.
