We have options and areas on the Estate for a variety of uses, from hosting weddings and private parties, to filming and corporate days. We are located to the west side of Maidenhead, just off the A404M. We are just 5 minutes from the M4 (junction 8/9), and 8-10 minutes from the M40 (junction 4). With such excellent road links visitors come from far afield.

The Quad

Grade II Listed Victorian

The Quad is a self contained office building located on the beautiful Stubbings Estate. Stubbings Estate can be found just 1 mile from the M4 and 3 miles from the M40, on the outskirts of Maidenhead between London and Reading. The accommodation provides around 2,400 square foot of premium offices complete with period features. Car Parking is available onsite, along with our reknown cafe. The Quad is currently occupied. Stubbings House

Grade II Listed Victorian

Stubbings House is located on an 80 acre estate just 1 mile from the M4 and 3 miles from the M40, on the outskirts of Maidenhead between London and Reading. The offices are contained units of accommodation within the mansion house famed as being the home of Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands during WW2. The Estate also contains a number of outbuildings with further office accommodation units available. Car Parking is provided in abundance.

We have a number of units currently available with rooms suitable for 1 person, 4 persons, and a suite of 2 rooms for up to 7.
